This area services individuals that desire to rent our equipment and or selected our Day of Coordinator service or our Full Service Planner for their wedding or event. This service includes delivery, setup, and breakdown (if required on specific items). The cost of delivery is $250. If delivery locations exceed 20 miles, it will then cost 0.50 per mile (This fee does not include your rental items for your event).
Your wedding / event budget should be on one side of the scale and the responsibility involved in executing your vision on the other.This area appeals mostly to the DIY brides, that are in need of direction to get the ball rolling. In this area we cover some of the where to begin and how to questions .This can also involve detailed information of how to budget and where to attain certain items and vendors. An hourly rate is applied here at $80 per hour with a booking minimum of 2hrs.
DAY OF COORDINATOR
This is another affordable plan for brides that have already completed planning their big day and needs someone to execute those plans seamlessly. This service will begin 4 weeks before the wedding; our responsibilities include 4 in-person meetings to discuss the overall look and feel of the wedding/ event, a venue walk through, day of event timeline, vendor confirmations and rehearsal coordination. If your wedding / event exceeds 100 guests or has more than one location additional cost will apply in efforts to accurately accommodate the needs of our clients and their guests.
FULL SERVICE PLANNER
This area covers everything a couple may need on their big day. After discussing the look and feel of your event, we have to ensure that all your needs are covered. A couple can add or subtract according to their specific needs, additional cost may apply. If your wedding / event exceeds 100 guests or has more than one location additional cost will apply in efforts to accurately accommodate the needs of our clients and their guests.
